Clarity, Direction & Self-Leadership
A Three-part Small-Group Journey for People Navigating Change
Six live Zoom sessions | Maximum four participants | Held in English
For you who are standing at a personal or professional crossroads and sense that something needs to change,
even if the way forward is not yet fully clear.
Over a six-week period, you will be guided through a reflective and grounded process focused on:
· Clarity — understanding where you are now
· Direction — recognising what is calling you forward
· Self-Leadership — taking meaningful steps in alignment with what you know
In a carefully held group of no more than four participants, you will have space to speak honestly, hear yourself more clearly, receive personal guidance, and be thoughtfully mirrored by me and the group.
The journey includes six 90-minute Zoom sessions, personal written reflections based on your own words, individual contemplation questions, support in identifying grounded next steps, and a private follow-up session after the journey.
This is not about being given a fixed formula or rushing towards an answer.
It is an invitation to slow down, listen more deeply, recognise what is true for you, and begin moving forward with greater clarity, trust, and inner direction.
Starting in September 2026

Clarity, Direction & Self-Leadership
A Three-Part Small-Group Journey for People Navigating Change
Six live Zoom sessions | Maximum four participants | Held in English
Starting in September 2026
There are times in life when the way forward is not yet clear.
You may sense that something is changing, even if you cannot fully name it.
Old roles, relationships, work patterns, responsibilities, identities, or ways of navigating life may no longer feel as supportive or aligned as they once did.
Perhaps you are standing at a personal or professional crossroads.
Perhaps you feel an inner movement towards something new, while another part of you is still
holding on to what has been familiar.
You may know that change is needed, yet feel uncertain about what that change is asking of you
or how to begin moving towards it.
Clarity, Direction & Self-Leadership is a six-week small-group journey for people who want to meet a period of transition with greater awareness, honesty, inner stability, and trust in themselves.
Over six in-depth Zoom sessions, we will move through a carefully held process of reflection, recognition,
mirroring, integration, and grounded action.
The journey is structured around three essential areas:
· Clarity — understanding where you are now
· Direction — recognising what is calling you forward
· Self-Leadership — learning how to move in alignment with what you now know in a self-sustaining way
Each area is explored through two sessions.
This gives you time not only to receive insight, but also to live with what emerges,
observe how it shows up in your everyday life, and return to the group with deeper questions and new awareness.
This is not a space in which you are expected to already have the answers.
It is a space where you can slow down, listen more closely, put words to what you are experiencing, and begin to see your situation from a wider and more grounded perspective.
Part One: CLARITY
Asks You: Where am I now?
Dates:
We begin by turning towards your present situation.
Rather than immediately trying to solve, change, or move beyond what is happening,
we create space to understand it more fully.
What is asking for your attention?
What feels unsettled, unclear, unfinished, or no longer sustainable?
What are you experiencing beneath the surface of your everyday responsibilities, relationships, and decisions?
During these first two sessions, you will be supported in putting words to what is alive within you now, the transition you are moving through or what is emerging within you right now.
We will explore the inner and outer circumstances shaping your present experience, including the questions, tensions, longings, patterns, relationships, and decisions that may be influencing you.
You may begin to recognise where you have been adapting, compromising, postponing, or moving according to expectations that no longer feel true.
You may also discover that what first appeared to be confusion is carrying important information.
The intention of this first part is not to force clarity. It is to create the conditions in which clarity can begin to emerge naturally.
Together, we will explore:
· Your present life situation and the transition you are navigating
· What feels unresolved, unclear, or ready to be acknowledged
· The difference between the facts of your situation, your thoughts about it, and your emotional responses
· Patterns, roles, loyalties, or expectations that may be influencing your choices
· What is taking your energy and what is quietly restoring it
· The difference between external pressure and inner knowing
· How certain emotions, questions, or truths may be experienced in your body
· What may need to be accepted before something new can become visible
· Which decision, boundary, or question may need your attention now
By the end of this first stage, you may have a clearer understanding of where you are, what has brought you here, what no longer supports you, and what is most important to attend to now.
Part Two: DIRECTION
Asks you: What is calling me forward?
Dates:
Once we have created greater clarity around your current situation, we begin to listen for direction.
Direction does not always arrive as a complete plan.
It may first appear as a subtle sense of expansion or contraction.
It may show itself through recurring thoughts, neglected longings, quiet resistance, new possibilities,
or an increasing awareness that something can no longer continue in the same way.
In this part of the journey, we explore what is beginning to shift and what may be emerging beneath the surface.
You will be invited to distinguish between what you believe you should do and what feels genuinely aligned with who you are becoming.
We will also explore the fears, loyalties, practical concerns, and inner conflicts that can make it difficult to trust a new direction.
This is not about making impulsive decisions or creating change for the sake of change.
It is about learning to recognise what carries meaning, integrity, and life for you now.
Together, we will explore:
· What no longer feels aligned, supportive, or sustainable
· What you may be ready to release, renegotiate, or relate to differently
· What repeatedly calls for your attention
· The possibilities you feel drawn towards and what they represent
· What happens within you when you imagine moving towards a new direction
· The difference between fear, intuition, avoidance, and discernment
· The values and inner priorities that can guide your next chapter
· The fears or practical concerns that may need to be acknowledged
· What a more aligned direction could look and feel like in practice
During this stage, you may begin to see that direction is not only about choosing what comes next.
It is also about recognising what you are no longer willing to abandon within yourself.
By the end of the second part, the movement ahead may feel more coherent and personally meaningful, even if every detail has not yet been decided.
Part Three: SELF-LEADERSHIP
Asks you: How do I move from here?
Dates:
Insight becomes meaningful when it begins to shape how you live, choose, communicate, and act.
In the final part of the journey, we bring what you have discovered into practical form.
Self-leadership is not about controlling every outcome or always feeling confident.
It is the capacity to remain connected to yourself while meeting uncertainty, responsibility, relationships, and change.
It involves listening inwardly while also engaging honestly with the realities of your life.
During these final two sessions, you will explore how to move forward without abandoning what you have come to recognise.
We will identify the choices, conversations, boundaries, practices, and next steps that can support you in living with greater alignment.
You will also consider what may challenge your new direction and how you can respond when familiar patterns, doubts, or external expectations reappear.
Together, we will explore:
· How to translate insight into grounded action
· The decisions or conversations that may now be needed
· Boundaries, commitments, and priorities that can support your direction
· How to remain connected to yourself during uncertainty
· What tends to pull you away from your inner clarity
· How to recognise when an old pattern is beginning to take over
· How to meet resistance without immediately retreating
· How to communicate what you need with greater honesty and responsibility
· The next practical steps in your life, work, relationships, leadership, or entrepreneurship
· How to continue supporting your process after the group journey has ended
The intention is not for you to leave with a rigid plan.
It is for you to leave with a stronger inner orientation, a clearer understanding of what matters, a more conscious relationship with your choices, and a grounded sense of how to continue from here.
What is includedSix Live Group Sessions via ZoomYou will take part in six 90-minute live sessions over a period of six weeks.
Each session offers space for guided reflection, personal exploration, group dialogue, individual questions, mirroring, and integration.
The sessions are not lectures and you will not be asked to follow a predetermined formula.
We work with the real situation you are currently navigating and with what becomes visible as your process unfolds.
The journey follows a clear progression:
· Two sessions dedicated to Clarity
· Two sessions dedicated to Direction
· Two sessions dedicated to Self-Leadership
This structure gives you time to explore each area deeply, live with what you discover, and return to the group with new experiences, questions, and awareness.
Dates for the next journey:
· September: 23rd and 30th
· October: 7th, 14th , 21st, 28th
All sessions are held in English.
An intimate group of no more than four participants
The group is intentionally kept small so that each person has meaningful time and space to speak,
reflect, receive guidance, and be met personally.
The intimate format allows me to listen closely to each participant while also remaining attentive to the movement
and needs of the group as a whole.
The small group creates the conditions for:
· Greater trust and continuity
· Meaningful individual attention
· Time to speak without being rushed
· Space to listen deeply to others
· A sense of being accompanied rather than having to navigate everything alone
· The opportunity to witness and be witnessed in the progress, discoveries, and breakthroughs of yourself and others
A safe and carefully held space
You are never required to share more than feels appropriate.
There is no pressure to perform, give advice, have the right answer, or present yourself in a particular way.
You are invited to arrive as you are.
An essential part of this journey is having a space in which you can speak honestly without immediately being judged, analysed, corrected, or given advice.
The group agreements and structure are designed to support confidentiality, respect, presence, and trust.
This can give you the confidence to speak about experiences that may still feel uncertain, tender, contradictory,
or difficult to explain.
Sometimes it is only when we feel genuinely listened to that we begin to hear ourselves more clearly.
Being received with attention can help you slow down, move beneath rehearsed explanations, and recognise what is actually present within you.
Putting your experience into words is an important part of the process.
When you speak aloud in a safe and attentive environment, you may begin to hear connections,
truths, tensions, and recurring themes that were difficult to recognise while they remained inside your thoughts.
You will have time to describe what you are moving through in your own language and at your own pace.
This may help you:
· Organise experiences that have felt confusing or fragmented
· Hear what you are repeatedly returning to
· Recognise what carries emotional weight or meaning
· Distinguish your deeper knowing from pressure, habit, or expectation
· Integrate experiences and insights more fully
· Become more conscious of how your understanding is changing over time
The intention is not simply for others to hear your story. It is also for you to hear yourself.
Individual guidance and precise questionsMy role is not to tell you what you should do or to decide what is right for you.
I will listen carefully to what you say, as well as to what may be present beneath the surface of your words.
I will offer precise, individually shaped questions that can help you pause, look more deeply,
or approach your situation from a different perspective.
These questions arise from your own process which may help you explore:
· What you are truly feeling
· Where an emotion or tension is experienced in your body
· What appears repeatedly in your words or experiences
· What you may be protecting, avoiding, or holding on to
· Which assumptions are shaping your choices
· What matters most to you now
· What you already know but may not yet fully trust
· What may be ready to change
The purpose of these questions is not to push you towards a particular answer.
It is to support you in discovering your own.
Personal mirroring from meDuring the sessions, I will reflect back the words, themes, patterns, contradictions, strengths, and movements that I hear within what you share.
A significant part of mirroring is having another person notice what may be difficult for you to see while you are inside your own experience.
I may reflect:
· A phrase or image you have repeated
· A change in the way you speak about yourself or your situation
· A value or longing that appears beneath your words
· A tension between what you say you want and what you feel able to do
· A strength, development, or inner shift that you may not yet recognise
· A connection between different parts of your experience
This can help you see your own process with greater perspective and recognise changes that may otherwise go unnoticed.
Written reflections based on your own wordsBetween the sessions, you will receive written mirroring based on what you have shared.
These reflections are not generic summaries or instructions telling you what to do.
They are created from your own words and may highlight significant phrases, recurring themes, inner movements, questions, tensions, or changes that appeared during the session.
The written reflection gives you something tangible to return to after the conversation has ended.
It can serve as:
· A record of your process
· A mirror of how you are expressing your experience
· A tool for contemplation between sessions
· A way of recognising patterns and developments over time
· A reminder of insights that may otherwise be forgotten
· A foundation for further reflection before the next gathering
Reading your own words reflected back to you can allow you to encounter them from a different perspective
and see yourself more clearly.
Personal Contemplation Questions between sessionsAlongside the written mirroring, you may receive individually chosen questions to contemplate before the next session.
These questions are designed to help you remain connected to your process without turning the journey into homework or another demand to fulfil.
A question may invite you to:
· Notice what is changing in your everyday life
· Observe how a particular pattern appears in your relationships or work
· Explore a belief from another perspective
· Pay attention to how your body responds in certain situations
· Clarify what you need or value
· Consider a possible boundary, conversation, or next step
· Remain with an important question without rushing towards an answer
You decide how you work with these reflections. They are offered as support, not as tasks that must be completed perfectly.
Mirroring and Witnessing from the GroupBeing listened to and witnessed by others can reveal what is difficult to recognise alone.
The other participants are not there to fix you, diagnose you, or tell you what choices to make.
They are there to listen, reflect, and meet your experience with presence and respect.
Through the group, you may receive:
· The experience of being heard without judgement
· Reassurance that you are not alone in navigating uncertainty or change
· New perspectives on something you have been holding privately
· Recognition of strengths or developments that you have overlooked
· The opportunity to witness your own progress through the eyes of others
· A sense of shared humanity, even when your circumstances are different
You may also recognise important aspects of yourself while listening to the journeys of others.
Another participant’s reflection, question, breakthrough, or way of describing an experience can illuminate something within your own life.
Continuity and Integration between sessionsThe time between the sessions is an important part of the journey.
Insight does not always arrive during the conversation itself.
Something that is said or reflected may continue working within you in the days that follow.
You may notice a new understanding while walking, working, resting, speaking with someone, or facing a familiar situation differently.
This three-part journey gives you time to:
· Let insights settle rather than immediately moving on
· Observe how the themes from the sessions appear in your everyday life
· Test new boundaries, choices, or ways of communicating
· Notice what creates expansion, contraction, energy, or resistance
· Recognise developments that happen gradually
· Return to the group and integrate what has occurred
The continuity of meeting the same group over time can also create a sense of being accompanied throughout the process, rather than having one powerful conversation and then being left alone with everything it opened.
Support in recognising Your progressInner development can be difficult to measure while you are living through it.
Over the course of the journey, we will return to the questions and themes that were present at the beginning.
This allows you to notice how your understanding, language, confidence, choices, and relationship with uncertainty may be changing.
You may begin to recognise that:
· You understand the wider context of what you are moving through
· You can separate facts from thoughts and emotional responses more clearly
· You know more about what matters to you
· You recognise what feels genuinely true
· You can identify what no longer fits or supports you
· You know which decision, boundary, or question needs attention
· You trust yourself more in navigating the situation
· You can see a possible next step
The purpose is not to assess or judge your progress.
It is to help you see developments that may otherwise remain invisible.
Grounded and Personally relevant Next StepsThroughout the journey, we will return to the relationship between inner understanding and outer movement.
Insight alone is not always enough. It also needs a way to enter your everyday life.
You will be supported in identifying next steps that are realistic, meaningful, and aligned with your present circumstances.
Depending on your situation, these may include:
· A conversation you need to initiate
· A boundary you need to communicate or strengthen
· A decision that requires further exploration
· A commitment you want to make to yourself
· A pattern you are ready to interrupt
· A practical action that feels aligned and possible to take
· A change in how you relate to your work or responsibilities
· A step within your personal development, leadership, relationships, wellbeing, or entrepreneurship
· A way of continuing to support yourself after the journey
Your next step does not need to be dramatic.
Sometimes the most aligned movement is a small, honest action that begins to change your relationship with yourself
and your circumstances.
A Private Follow-Up SessionYou will also receive one private 30-minute Zoom session, to be used within two weeks of completing the three-part journey.
This session offers space to reflect on what has developed since the final group meeting, clarify anything that remains unresolved, and strengthen the next steps you want to carry forward.
This journey may be for You if…
You are navigating a transition, crossroads, or period of inner or outer change.
You sense that an old chapter is ending, while the new one is not yet fully visible.
You are questioning choices, roles, relationships, work patterns, or ways of living that once felt natural but no longer feel entirely true.
You are longing for greater clarity and direction, but do not want to rush into decisions that are disconnected from your deeper knowing.
You are ready to look honestly at what is happening without judging yourself for not having everything figured out.
You appreciate intimate spaces, meaningful conversations, contemplative reflection, and gentle but clear guidance.
You want more than temporary inspiration.
You want the time and support to explore deeply, integrate what you discover, and begin taking grounded steps forward.
You value being part of a small group in which each person is treated with care, respect, and confidentiality.
You are willing to take responsibility for your own process while remaining open to being supported, mirrored, and challenged with kindness.
The Nature of the Space
This is a reflective and participatory journey.
It is not a lecture-based course, and it is not a programme in which you are given a fixed formula
for how to live or what to choose.
You will be invited to bring your real questions, your lived experience, and the situation you are currently navigating.
Some sessions may offer immediate clarity.
Other sessions may open a question that continues to unfold over time.
Both are valuable.
The process respects that meaningful change often develops gradually.
Insight needs space.
New choices need roots.
Self-leadership grows through practice rather than pressure.
Throughout the six-week journey, you will be met with presence, honesty, warmth, and respect for your own timing.
You do not need to arrive with a perfect explanation of what is happening.
You only need a willingness to share, listen, reflect, and meet yourself authentically.
What You May Take with You
At the end of the six-week journey, you may leave with:
· A clearer understanding of the transition you are experiencing
· Greater awareness of the patterns and expectations shaping your choices
· A stronger ability to distinguish facts, thoughts, emotions, and inner knowing
· A deeper understanding of what matters to you now
· Greater clarity about what no longer feels aligned or supportive
· A stronger connection with what feels genuinely true for you
· A clearer sense of the direction that is emerging
· Greater awareness of the decisions, boundaries, or conversations that require your attention
· More trust in your ability to meet uncertainty
· Practical next steps for your life, work, relationships, leadership, or next chapter
· A more grounded and compassionate relationship with yourself
· A clearer inner foundation from which to make decisions
· A tangible record of your reflections and development
· A renewed sense of personal responsibility and self-leadership
The aim is not to eliminate uncertainty.
It is to help you meet uncertainty from a more conscious, stable, and self-connected place.

Clarity, Direction & Self-Leadership is a three-month small-group journey for people who want to meet a period of transition with greater awareness, honesty, inner stability, and trust in themselves.
Over six in-depth Zoom sessions, we will move through a carefully held process of reflection, recognition,

- What you are truly feeling
- Where an emotion or tension is experienced in your body
- What appears repeatedly in your words or experiences
- What you may be protecting, avoiding, or holding on to
- Which assumptions are shaping your choices
- What matters most to you now
- What you already know but may not yet fully trust
- What may be ready to change
It is to support you in discovering your own.
Personal mirroring from me
During the sessions, I will reflect back the words, themes, patterns, contradictions, strengths, and movements that I hear within what you share.
A significant part of mirroring is having another person notice what may be difficult for you to see while you are inside your own experience.
I may reflect:
- A phrase or image you have repeated
- A change in the way you speak about yourself or your situation
- A value or longing that appears beneath your words
- A tension between what you say you want and what you feel able to do
- A strength, development, or inner shift that you may not yet recognise
- A connection between different parts of your experience
Written reflections based on your own words
Between the sessions, you will receive written mirroring based on what you have shared.
- A record of your process
- A mirror of how you are expressing your experience
- A tool for contemplation between sessions
- A way of recognising patterns and developments over time
- A reminder of insights that may otherwise be forgotten
- A foundation for further reflection before the next gathering
and see yourself more clearly.
Personal Contemplation Questions between sessions
Alongside the written mirroring, you may receive individually chosen questions to contemplate before the next session.
These questions are designed to help you remain connected to your process without turning the journey into homework or another demand to fulfil.
A question may invite you to:
- Notice what is changing in your everyday life
- Observe how a particular pattern appears in your relationships or work
- Explore a belief from another perspective
- Pay attention to how your body responds in certain situations
- Clarify what you need or value
- Consider a possible boundary, conversation, or next step
- Remain with an important question without rushing towards an answer
Mirroring and Witnessing from the Group
Being listened to and witnessed by others can reveal what is difficult to recognise alone.
The other participants are not there to fix you, diagnose you, or tell you what choices to make.
They are there to listen, reflect, and meet your experience with presence and respect.
Through the group, you may receive:
- The experience of being heard without judgement
- Reassurance that you are not alone in navigating uncertainty or change
- New perspectives on something you have been holding privately
- Recognition of strengths or developments that you have overlooked
- The opportunity to witness your own progress through the eyes of others
- A sense of shared humanity, even when your circumstances are different
Another participant’s reflection, question, breakthrough, or way of describing an experience can illuminate something within your own life.
Continuity and Integration between sessions
The time between the sessions is an important part of the journey.
Insight does not always arrive during the conversation itself.
Something that is said or reflected may continue working within you in the days that follow.
You may notice a new understanding while walking, working, resting, speaking with someone, or facing a familiar situation differently.
This three-part journey gives you time to:
- Let insights settle rather than immediately moving on
- Observe how the themes from the sessions appear in your everyday life
- Test new boundaries, choices, or ways of communicating
- Notice what creates expansion, contraction, energy, or resistance
- Recognise developments that happen gradually
- Return to the group and integrate what has occurred
Support in recognising Your progress
Inner development can be difficult to measure while you are living through it.
Over the course of the journey, we will return to the questions and themes that were present at the beginning.
This allows you to notice how your understanding, language, confidence, choices, and relationship with uncertainty may be changing.
You may begin to recognise that:
- You understand the wider context of what you are moving through
- You can separate facts from thoughts and emotional responses more clearly
- You know more about what matters to you
- You recognise what feels genuinely true
- You can identify what no longer fits or supports you
- You know which decision, boundary, or question needs attention
- You trust yourself more in navigating the situation
- You can see a possible next step
It is to help you see developments that may otherwise remain invisible.
Grounded and Personally relevant Next Steps
Throughout the journey, we will return to the relationship between inner understanding and outer movement.
Insight alone is not always enough. It also needs a way to enter your everyday life.
You will be supported in identifying next steps that are realistic, meaningful, and aligned with your present circumstances.
Depending on your situation, these may include:
- A conversation you need to initiate
- A boundary you need to communicate or strengthen
- A decision that requires further exploration
- A commitment you want to make to yourself
- A pattern you are ready to interrupt
- A practical action that feels aligned to act on
- A change in how you relate to your work or responsibilities
- A step within your personal development, leadership, relationships, wellbeing, or entrepreneurship
- A way of continuing to support yourself after the journey
Sometimes the most aligned movement is a small, honest action that begins to change your relationship with yourself
and your circumstances.
A Private Follow-Up Session
You will also receive one private 30-minute Zoom session, to be used within two weeks of completing the three-part journey.
This session offers space to reflect on what has developed since the final group meeting, clarify anything that remains unresolved, and strengthen the next steps you want to carry forward.
This journey may be for You if…
- You are navigating a transition, crossroads, or period of inner or outer change.
- You sense that an old chapter is ending, while the new one is not yet fully visible.
- You are questioning choices, roles, relationships, work patterns, or ways of living that once felt natural but no longer feel entirely true.
- You are longing for greater clarity and direction, but do not want to rush into decisions that are disconnected from your deeper knowing.
- You are ready to look honestly at what is happening without judging yourself for not having everything figured out.
- You appreciate intimate spaces, meaningful conversations, contemplative reflection, and gentle but clear guidance.
- You want more than temporary inspiration.
- You want the time and support to explore deeply, integrate what you discover, and begin taking grounded steps forward.
- You value being part of a small group in which each person is treated with care, respect, and confidentiality.
- You are willing to take responsibility for your own process while remaining open to being supported, mirrored, and challenged with kindness.
Throughout the three months, you will be met with presence, honesty, warmth, and respect for your own timing.
You do not need to arrive with a perfect explanation of what is happening.
You only need a willingness to share, listen, reflect, and meet yourself authentically.
What You May Take with You
At the end of the three-month journey, you may leave with:
- A clearer understanding of the transition you are experiencing
- Greater awareness of the patterns and expectations shaping your choices
- A stronger ability to distinguish facts, thoughts, emotions, and inner knowing
- A deeper understanding of what matters to you now
- Greater clarity about what no longer feels aligned or supportive
- A stronger connection with what feels genuinely true for you
- A clearer sense of the direction that is emerging
- Greater awareness of the decisions, boundaries, or conversations that require your attention
- More trust in your ability to meet uncertainty
- Practical next steps for your life, work, relationships, leadership, or next chapter
- A more grounded and compassionate relationship with yourself
- A clearer inner foundation from which to make decisions
- A tangible record of your reflections and development
- A renewed sense of personal responsibility and self-leadership
It is to help you meet uncertainty from a more conscious, stable, and self-connected place.
