Why is contemplation worth exploring?
It is a very simple technique with so many benefits to your daily life. It is something you can readily implement into your daily routines by for example implement it into your practices of yoga, meditation or breath work or even gardening, walking or doing the dishes. With long term practice ,it will, without a doubt, lead you to inner revelations, epiphanies and pivotal moments... Those moments when everything you held as a truth, that has kept you stuck, just suddenly changes, from inside your Core, and you sigh a relief to your revelations and just know that something deep inside you has shifted.
